Teresa is a seasoned Real Estate Professional who brings over 35 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Ulster County market to clients and her agency, Colucci Shand Realty. She stands out for her unique ability to connect her clients with the right buyers and sellers through her extensive networking and cutting edge marketing tactics.

Teresa is highly regarded for her years of real estate excellence and holds numerous accreditations that help her to better serve her clients' needs, such as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Most recently Teresa has enhanced her offerings by becoming an Accredited Staging Professional. The knowledge gathered through this program provided her with insight into proven tactics for marketing a home through simple interior design techniques.

Teresa is an active member of the community and has participated on numerous Boards and Committees throughout the years. Currently she serves on the Ulster County MLS as Director. Teresa is also on the Land Protection Committee for the Mohonk Preserve.  In her spare time, Teresa enjoys traveling and immersing herself in the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley while hiking, biking and kayaking. Teresa lives in Gardiner, NY, and is the proud mother of Kyle and Amanda, who are currently enjoying life in California and New York respectively.
