Phase 1
Phase 1 of the home selling process includes meeting with a Seller’s agent and determining how much your home should be listed for on the MLS. Once one of our expert seller agent meets with you they will start working on a marketing plan for your property and start scheduling times for photos of your home to be taken.

Phase 2
Phase 2 of the home selling process is where your agent will start implementing their marketing plan and getting your home out there and seen by potential buyers.

A Realtor MLS tour takes place
Phase 3
During phase 3 of the home selling process, you will start to show your home and offers will start coming in. That’s when our expert agents show off their negotiation skills.

An offer to purchase is received

Negotiations begin
Phase 4
During phase 4 of the home selling process, things start to pick up. This is when you will be working with an attorney to go over the specifics of the sale and will need to address issues that come up during the inspection process.

Phase 5
During phase 5 of the home selling process is when the banks will conduct a property appraisal and the attorneys will continue to ensure the home is ready to sell.

Phase 6
You’ve made it to the home stretch (pardon our pun)! Phase 6 is when the closing date will be set and when you should be talking to your service providers to ensure you are all switched over.

Closing date is set by the bank, Purchaser’s attorney, and Seller’s attorney

Contact service providers for transfer of accounts
Phase 7
Phase 7 of the home selling process is the most exciting and most stressful phase of the process. During phase 7 you will be moving out of your home and closing. Congratulations on selling your home!
